About Your Tutor

Learn English properly, from someone who always has.

Eddie Barber was educated at Repton, one of England's oldest and finest public schools, where proper English — spoken, written, and lived — was simply the air one breathed. Six decades later, it still is. From Repton he went up to the London School of Economics, where he took his degree.

CELTA-certified and endlessly patient, Eddie teaches English that works — clear, confident and correct, from everyday fluency to the precise, well-turned phrase. His students, professionals and families from around the world, come to learn the language; the charm they pick up along the way is complimentary.

Away from the lesson table, Eddie is a qualified personal trainer, and he brings a coach's patience and discipline to every lesson.
